Hannah is skilled in analysis, research, policy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
Hannah is a Research Economist who enjoys contributing to tackling the challenges New Zealand is facing. Since joining BERL from Deloitte, she has had experience working on projects regarding the Māori economy, gender employment and pay gap issues, housing, strategic and business planning, tourism, trade, regional development, and the four wellbeings.
Hannah is particularly passionate about combating the climate and ecological challenges that the globe faces. Her area of focus at BERL is climate change, with projects including New Zealand’s climate change policy, impact of climate change policy on the Māori economy, the intersection of international trade and climate change policies, and zero carbon buildings. She brings a focus on ecological perspectives to other projects that are not specifically about climate change.
